What DueSnap is
DueSnap is a mobile app that extracts deadline and payment information from documents you scan, and lets you log travel charges such as tolls, congestion zones, clean-air zones, and airport drop-offs. It then reminds you about each deadline. It is a personal organisational tool, nothing more.
What DueSnap is not
- Not legal advice. We don't tell you what to do about your bills, fines, or letters.
- Not financial advice. We don't tell you whether or not to pay.
- Not a payment processor. We never handle your money or card details.
- Not a guarantee. The extracted information may be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming every deadline before saving it.
Accuracy
DueSnap uses optical character recognition and AI extraction to read your documents. Both can make mistakes, including misreading dates, amounts, or reference numbers. Travel charge calculations are based on publicly available tariff rules at the time of writing and may change without notice. You must verify the extracted details before relying on them. Every reminder has a review step where you can correct the AI's interpretation.
Your responsibilities
- Make sure the information you save is correct.
- Only scan documents you have the right to process (your own bills, letters, etc.).
- Don't use the app to do anything illegal or to harm others.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure.
Your account
You can create an account using email and password or Sign in with Apple. You can delete your account from the Settings screen at any time. We can suspend accounts that are used in ways that violate these terms.
Notifications
Reminders are delivered as push notifications and may also fire as local notifications on your device. We do our best to deliver them on time, but we cannot guarantee delivery. For example, delivery may fail if your phone is offline, if you've revoked notification permission, or if there's a service outage. DueSnap is a helpful reminder, not a substitute for your own diligence.
Service availability
We aim to keep DueSnap available, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may need to take it offline for maintenance, updates, or because of issues with third-party providers we rely on.
Subscriptions and pricing
DueSnap offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Manual reminders are always free. AI document scans and travel charges require a Pro subscription after a free trial.
Free trial
New users get a 14-day free trial of Pro features. The trial begins automatically when you create your account. You will not be charged during the trial and can cancel at any time.
Pro pricing
Pro is available at £2.99 per month or £19.99 per year. Prices may vary by region as set by the App Store or Google Play.
Auto-renewal
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing or cancelling your subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to Pro features until then.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies. Litvybe Ltd does not process refunds directly. We recommend contacting Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund requests.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Litvybe Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DueSnap. This includes missed deadlines, financial penalties, or any other loss you might attribute to the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify active users in the app. Continuing to use DueSnap after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
