Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your reminders, profile data, and push tokens are removed from our database within 7 days. You can also email support@duesnap.app from the address on your account and we'll do it for you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

DueSnap subscriptions are billed by Apple via your Apple ID. To cancel:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  • Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
  • Tap DueSnap and then Cancel Subscription

You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling stops auto-renewal, and we never store your card details.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds for all in-app subscriptions. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, and request a refund on the DueSnap charge. If Apple needs us to confirm anything on your account, email us and we'll respond immediately.

The app extracted the wrong deadline or amount

Every field in a scanned reminder is editable. Tap the reminder, then tap the field you want to change. If the same issue keeps happening with a specific kind of letter, email us a redacted screenshot and we'll improve the extraction.

I'm not getting notifications

  • Check Settings → Notifications → DueSnap on your iPhone and confirm notifications are allowed.
  • Make sure Focus modes aren't silencing the app.
  • Confirm the reminder hasn't been marked paid or dismissed.
  • Still stuck? Email us with your account email and we can see whether the reminder was scheduled correctly.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password. We'll send a reset link to your account email. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder, then write to us.

Does DueSnap work outside the UK?

DueSnap's travel charge calculator (tolls, airport drop-offs, ULEZ, congestion charges) is UK-only for now. The general document scanner works on any English-language letter, bill, or notice, including overseas ones, but we make no guarantees about non-UK rules or deadlines.

Is my data safe?

We process scanned images in memory and discard them. Only the extracted text is saved. No ads, no trackers. See our privacy policy for the detail.

Reporting a bug or suggesting a feature

We read every email. Tell us what you tried, what happened, what you expected, and the iOS version you're on. Bonus points for a screenshot.
